We maintain each Association's books and records separate from all others.  Financial reports are provided on an accrual basis and presented using cash accounting.     Pay association bills    Collections of Owner's Assessments    Banking services includes the handling of all deposits, money market investments and reconciliations of all bank accounts.  We maintain separate bank accounts for each association.
