Woodland Hills, CA - After many hours of classroom study and passing 5 certification exams, the California Association of Community Managers, bestowed the designation of Certified Community Manager (CCAM) on Jim Verity.

Mr. Verity joined the Tandem Property Management team a little less than 2 years ago and since has been a valuable member of the organization. When asked, Suzie Wilson, President / CEO, stated she

Mr. Verity, when asked what he thought about earning this prestigious designation, he stated he was "Thrilled."
Tandem Property Management Addends State-Wide Confence for
Community Associations
More than 1,200 industry professionals made some waves at CACM's most highly anticipated event of the year -- the 19th Annual Statewide Expo and Conference.
Attendees enjoyed two days of informative and fun-filled events and activities, with highlights including renowned keynote speakers Terry Hawkins and Robyn Benincasa; an Exhibit Hall full of nearly 200 leading CID industry service providers; and six concurrent education sessions focusing on timely topics, including board governance, technology tools, new FHA guidelines, short sales, emergency preparedness and conflict resolution.

"Get the Vote Out."
As the California Legislature, makes changes to the Civil Code that governs Homeowners Associations, it becomes necessary for an Association to update their governing documents. Recently, Tandem helped an Association make some of those needed changes by working with the Board of Directors to ensure every homeowner had an opportunity to let their voice be heard.
